A new restaurant has just opened up in town, and you do not want to miss a chance to try their delectable menu! The eatery is called, One Stop Kabob Shop and features a wide variety of handcrafted kabobs and other delicious options. Those who have managed to get a table have raved about how amazing their meals were and plan to come back soon for more good eats.
We had a chance to sit down and talk with the owner and chief of OSKS, Joan, to get an idea of how she's feeling about her recent launch. "Honestly, the response has been so overwhelmingly positive, it's truly amazing," Joan said. She continued saying, "I was hesitant to open my shop here, but if I had known how kind everyone would be, I wouldn't have doubted my idea for a second!" Joan has worked as a chief in a variety of restaurants before opening OSKS, and her experience can easily be seen in the way she glides through her kitchen.
